Member Directories
DSC maintains two directories, both with the same purpose: helping members watch over one another in brotherly love and remember one another in prayer (see the DSC Covenant of Fellowship).
“praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints”
The Prayer Directory (printed)
The Prayer Directory is a printed booklet given to members. It includes the name, photo, and email address of every DSC member, and it is the most complete directory we have. Use it in your personal devotions or family worship. Praying for about twelve members a day will carry you through the whole church every two months.
These prayers do not have to be long. If you know a member has a specific need, pray for that. If you do not know the member well, pray for their faith, their growth in holiness, and their witness (see "What to Pray" below). After you have prayed for someone, consider a short email or text letting them know.
If you notice errors or need a copy, email info@dscabq.com.
The Member Directory (online)
Church Center—our church management platform—also hosts an online Member Directory, available on the web and in the Church Center mobile app. It is private and visible only to members who have joined it.
One important difference from the printed directory: the online directory is opt-in. When you become a member, you receive an email invitation, but you do not appear in the directory until you accept it and choose what to share. About one-third of our members have not done so—which means the online directory is incomplete, and you should not be surprised when a member you are looking for is not there. The printed Prayer Directory remains the complete list. If you are a member and not yet in the online directory, we would encourage you to join—every member who does makes it more useful for the whole church.

WHAT TO PRAY
Perhaps the best method is to pray prayers that God has given us in His Word. The Apostle Paul gives us some model prayers for how to pray for our own church in places like Ephesians 1:15-23; 3:14-21; Philippians 1:9-11; and Colossians 1:3-14.
Other biblical prayers include (adapted from Desiring God: “What Should We Pray For?”):
Pray that this member would be filled with the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13; cf. Ephesians 3:19)
Pray for boldness in proclamation of the Gospel (Ephesians 6:18-19)
Pray for healing from sickness or injury (James 5:14-15)
Pray for wisdom (James 1:5)
Pray for unity and harmony in the church (John 17:20-21)
Pray for a mind of discernment (Philippians 1:9-10)
Pray for a knowledge of God’s will (Colossians 1:9)
Pray to know God better (Colossians 1:10; cf. Ephesians 1:17)
Pray for power to comprehend the love of Christ (Ephesians 3:14, 18-19)
Pray for strength and endurance (Colossians 1:11; cf. Ephesians 3:16)
Pray for a deeper sense of God’s power within them (Ephesians 1:16, 18-19)
Pray that their faith would not fail (Luke 22:32)
Pray that they might not fall into temptation (Matthew 6:13, 26:41)
Pray that they would do good works (Colossians 1:10)
Pray for protection from the evil one (Matthew 6:13)
